Coaching Terms of Service

The Foundational Core-Value Agreement between Client and Coach is RESPECT.
(This is Non-Negotiable.)
This means respecting one another, including each other's time.

Client agrees to the industry-standard 24-Hour Advance Notice Requirement for Rescheduling and Cancellations.
For missed appointments (No Shows), and Cancellation/Rescheduling Requests submitted within 24-Hours of Scheduled Session Meeting, Client acknowledges & agrees that it will result in the charge of 1 Session (the scheduled session will be considered delivered).

Client acknowledges and agrees that any paid coaching sessions that have been delivered are NON-refundable.
A prorated refund of unused sessions (including those in a packaged deal) can be issued upon Client's request in writing. (For example, if you use 2 out of 4 coaching sessions, the remaining unused 2 coaching sessions can be refunded upon request.)

Client acknowledges and accepts that neither Coach or Affirm Your Transformation guarantee any particular results for the Client. An individual's results may vary depending on numerous factors, many of which are outside the Coach's control.

Client understands and acknowledges that the Price for Coaching is for the Coach's time and sharing of insight & expertise, and is not an exchange or guarantee of any particular result or transformation.

Client also acknowledges that advice and information provided from coaching are not to be considered as a substitute for legal, accounting, psychological, or other similar professional advice or services, and should such advice or services be appropriate, Client will have to seek such advice or service from the proper professional(s).

Furthermore, Affirm Your Transformation does not accept any responsibility or liability for individual client's particular interpretations, uses or applications of information provided and that Client indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Thomas Ng and any employees of Affirm Your Transformation from any such liability.

Coaching, Advice and Information are provided with the best intention to help improve Client's mental and emotional health & well-being. If any advice or information received does not resonate with the Client, Client acknowledges that he/she has the right to choose, and can choose not to accept or implement such advice.

This Coaching Terms of Service is effective starting with the very first Client/Coach video session or phone call, including the Free 15 Minute Consultation Session.  

If you do not agree with the above Coaching Terms of Service, please notify us immediately at, so we can cancel any upcoming scheduled coaching sessions.
